Recent Two (02) Copy Photo. (35 mm X 45 mm, white background), not older than 03 months
National Identity Card Copy.
TIN Certificate/Tax Acknowledgement Slip & Income Tax Certificate (Last 03 Years)
Marriage Certificate (if married)
For Business Person:
Company Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months & Bank Solvency Certificate having seal signature from bank
Renewal Trade License Copy.
Visiting card
Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company)
