General information
Türkiye Visa Application Centre in Bangladesh accepts visa applications strictly in accordance with the requests and standards set by the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in Bangladesh. The decision on all applications rests solely with the Embassy/Consulate. Neither Sharetrip nor Turkish Visa Application Centre has decision-making authority and cannot influence the processing time or the outcome of any application.
Since the Türkiye Visa Application process requires biometric enrolment (fingerprint collection), all applicants must be physically present at the Application Centre. However, biometric enrolment is not applicable for applicants under 12 years of age. Even if you have submitted all the required documents completely, the Embassy / Consulate reserves the right to request additional documents
Applications must be submitted no more than 90 days prior to the intended travel dates. All payments, including the visa fees, must be made in cash using Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) during the visa application process at our application centres. MOSAIC VISA Office Address: House: 77, Block: M, Road: 11, Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Application Hours Sun-Thu: 09:00 - 16:00. Passport Collection Hours Sun-Thu: 14:00 - 17:00.

01. A valid Passport with 6 months validity on the date of application and it should have at least 2 empty pages, Along with Previous Passports.
• Passport biodata page photocopies (3 copy)
02. 3 copies biometric photos with white background that were taken within the last 6 months covering the full-face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in size 2x2 matte paper.
03. National ID card or birth certificate photocopy (ID mandatory).
04. Travel insurance, as per embassy/consulate instructions Türkiye incoming health insurance is mandatory. Your Travel Health Insurance is included within the package service fee and it can be done only by Mosaic Visa.
05. The flight reservation must be strictly issued in the full legal name of the applicant.It is highly recommended to provide only reservation confirmations, not paid or confirmed tickets, during the visa process.

06. Hotel reservation details covering the entire duration of the planned stay in Türkiye must be submitted. The dates must precisely match those on the flight reservation. The hotel reservation must be made in the full name of the applicant.

07. Original bank statement up to date covering last 3 months of transactions + Original bank solvency (of the cost bearer).
08. Covering letter / Request letter / Forwarding letter / Introduction Letter (Yourself).

09. Trade license in English attested by notary public (For businessman).
10. Income tax return / TIN attested by notary public (Business person).
11. Membership + Memorandum + Incorporation + Export + Import certificate attested by a notary public (Only for businessman).
Employee Documentation
14. Original NOC + Visiting card + Official ID (Only for employee)

Documentation for Minor Applicants (Under 18 Years)
16. When an applicant under 18 years of age is traveling with only one parent, the non-accompanying parent is typically required to provide a permission letter granting consent for the child's travel. Both parents must sign the letter, and it should be done in front of a responsible person from MOSAIC VISA, to verify the authenticity of the signatures and ensure the document is legally valid. This procedure helps to prevent any custody or legal issues during international travel.

18. Retirement’s letter for the official personnel who are retired attested by a notary public.

Important Notice
Do not make final travel plans or purchase flight or hotel tickets until a visa has been issued and your passport has been returned.
Processing times are determined solely by the Consulate.
The accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Requesting a multiple-entry visa does not guarantee that it will be granted. The Consulate may issue a single-entry visa at its sole discretion. In such cases, no refunds can be provided for service fees or application fees.
