You can use ShareTrip Gift Card to book flights, hotels, shop on the ShareTrip website or app.

Q. How do I redeem my Gift Card?

To redeem your gift card:

Select your desired service (Flight/Hotel/Shop).
Proceed to checkout and choose "Redeem Gift Card" as the payment option.
Enter the gift card code to apply the balance to your purchase.

Q. Can I use multiple gift cards for one booking?

No, only one gift card can be used per transaction.

Q. What happens if my booking amount is higher than my gift card balance?

If your total amount exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using bank cards or mobile financial services (MFS).

Q. Can I combine my gift card with other discounts or promotions?

No, gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, or offers.

Q. What is the validity period of a gift card?

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They must be used within this period, as expired gift cards cannot be reactivated.

Q. What is the travel period of a gift card?

You must travel within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Q. Can I transfer my gift card to someone else?

No, gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient.

No, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Yes, You can enter the amount for your gift card (not less than BDT 500).

Yes, the recipient will be notified via email.

Q. Can I schedule delivery of a gift card for a future date?

Yes, For an E-Gift Card you can schedule the gift card for a future date.

Q. Can I use a gift card for partial payments across multiple bookings?

No, The gift card is exclusively applicable for only the selected service (Flight/Hotel/Shop) while purchasing.

Q. What happens if my booking gets cancelled?

If cancelled, the service’s cancellation policy will apply and refunds (if any) will be processed accordingly.

Q. Can I re-send the digital gift card if the recipient didn’t receive it?

No, if the recipient didn’t receive the e-gift card then the customer should reach out marketing@sharetrip.net with their gift card payment invoice copy.

Q. Are there any service charges when using a gift card?

Yes, regular convenience fee will be added as per ShareTrip’s policy.
