DAY 01: GUWAHATI AIRPORT – SHILLONG (130 KMS / 3 hrs drive)
Meet & greet on arrival at Guwahati airport. Visit Kamakhya Devi Temple & later transfer to Shillong. Enroute visit Umium Lake. Check-in Hotel. Overnight in Shillong
DAY 02: SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE – SHILLONG (60 KMs / 2 hrs-One way)
After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Later return to Shillong, en-route visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. In Shillong do local sightseeing of Shillong:
Shillong- The ‘Gleneagle of the East’ lies in the center of a plateau surrounded by Khasi hills. The gorgeous city offers amazing tourist spots. The city’s own Ward’s Lake is popular for short garden walks & boating. The Botanical Garden offers a plethora of indigenous and exotic plants & a rare collection of orchids. Lady Hydari Park is a Japanese style landscaped park endowed with stretches of roses & exquisite flowers. The Mini zoo adjacent to the park has about 73 birds, 140 reptiles & mammals. One of the largest Golf courses in Asia is an 18 hole Golf Course is charted amidst a surging valley full of thick pine groves & rhododendron trees. Spend the evening in the splendid arena! The State Museum is a display of the lifestyle and heritage of the people of Meghalaya. Shillong and its surrounding are dotted with splendid waterfalls cascading down deep valleys forming misty sparks as they break the silence of the surroundings. Elephant Falls is a mountain stream gorging down two successive falls set in dells of fern covered rocks.

DAY 03: SHILLONG – MWALLYNONG – DAWKI – SHILLONG
The morning after breakfast depart for a whole day excursion to Mawlynnong:
Mawlynnong Village has earned the distinction of being the cleanest village in India. It is situated 90 km from Shillong and besides the picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock.
Mawlynnong nestled in the pristine hill state of Meghalaya is along the Indo-Bangla border. This cute and colorful little village is known for its cleanliness. The main occupation of the villagers is agriculture. They mostly grow betel nut. About 82 households live in Mawlynnong. Keeping the surrounding environment clean is an age-old tradition. Discover India magazine declared the village as the cleanest in Asia in 2003.
A dustbin made out of bamboo is found all along with the village. Everyone makes it a point that dirt and waste are not thrown everywhere. All the waste from the dustbin is collected and kept in a pit, which the villagers use as manure. The villagers are now on a mission to ban plastic. The village with cent percent literacy is conscious and they are spreading the message of conservation and protection of the forest. Locals plant trees to ensure that the virgin forest is kept intact and also replenished.
Mawlynnong’s fame is now drawing an endless stream of guests from across the country and abroad. Although residential facilities are still scarce and are in the process of being developed, the existing one constructed from bamboo and thatch is quite hospitable and restful. Mawlynnong is an artist’s delight and the sort of getaway that would titillate creative writers and poets.
Dawki: A day’s excursion from Mawlynnong, Dawki lies but 2 Kms from Bangladesh. Despite the fact that the area is located in a place that has been for years demanding development, one is amazed by the quality of the roads, and the road to Dawki perhaps epitomizes the idyllic hill drive. The black metalled road, offset by the rich, wet green and dark red-brown patches offered a smooth contrast that technology can scarcely capture. The cool, wet airbrushes over your face and refreshes and revitalizes you as it enters your body. Dawki is a small village and its main attraction is the Umngot River that marks the natural separation between the Khasi and the Jaintia Hills. The river can be forded by a suspension bridge that connects India to Bangladesh and facilitates trade between the two nations. The Umngot is the site for a boat race that is held in March-April, but even otherwise, seeing this large emerald-green serpent threading its way through the hills, with fishermen’s boats dotting its surface, right into the plains of Bangladesh, is a sight whose majesty echoes long after you leave it.
Later return to Shillong.

DAY 04: SHILLONG - GUWAHATI (130 KMS / 3 drive)
After Breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Guwahati. Upon reaching Guwahati visit Kamakhya Temple, In Guwahati enjoy Alfresco River Cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra (on direct payment basis). Check-in at hotel. Overnight in Guwahati.
DAY 05: GUWAHATI DEPARTURE
Post breakfast checks out from the hotel before we transfer you to the airport.

15 days prior to the travel date - 50 % of total holiday cost.
10 days prior to the travel date - 75 % of total holiday cost.
05 days prior to the travel date - 100% of holiday cost will be non-refundable.

Holiday rates are valid as per the above-mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified. Should the period of stay or room type change, the above rates will not be valid.

The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of confirmation of the booking. This price is based on the current rate of exchange.
No refund for un-utilized services
If the guest wishes to change the itinerary or places after booking the holiday, you are required to pay the price difference.
The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/hotel where they are accommodated.
Sometimes due to unforeseen situations need may arise for us to make slight changes to tour itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
Interconnecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on the same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability.
The maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 80 minutes from the touchdown of the flight. If the customer is delayed then from for 1 hour an extra amount will be charged
For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
Strictly NO Refund for un-utilized services once booking made confirmed.
Rates quoted are based on BDT for specified No. of persons.
No amendment (name changes, date changes, hotel change, etc) will be done once the booking is guaranteed
We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity, etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, Gov taxes, or accommodation charges, shall have to be charged additionally.

The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
Showing around all the places mentioned in our holidays depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions.
It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher/confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets, etc.
In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
