Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Tokyo (Narita)
Arrive at Tokyo Haneda Airport. After meeting the staffs at customs, please proceed to the exit and hop on to a coach destined to the hotel in Tokyo (Narita). Check in at the hotel. Enjoy free time on your own. Overnight stay at Tokyo (Narita).
Day 2: Tokyo City Tour with Lunch
After a visit to the Meiji Jingu shrine, arrive at the Imperial Palace, the current residence of the Imperial family, where you’ll visit either the East Garden or the Niju-bashi Bridge in the Outer Garden. Next is Senso-ji temple in Asakusa where you’ll have time to shop for souvenirs on Nakamise Avenue before enjoying a matcha-tasting experience and Japanese-style lunch.
Next up is the soaring Tokyo SkyTree where you’ll skip the line for the Tembo Deck observatory, which offers stunning city views. Then it’s on to the Odaiba district where you’ll take a ferry ride across Tokyo Bay and under Rainbow Bridge.
Make use of the free Wi-Fi on the coach ride to Shinjuku Station where you’ll be dropped off.

Day 3: Mt Fuji, Hakone, Lake Ashi Tour with Lunch
Start your tour with pickup from a central meeting point in Shinjuku and proceed on by air-conditioned bus for your ride to Mount Fuji, heading up to a height of 7,607 feet (2,305m) above sea level on the mountain. Upon arrival at Mt Fuji, enjoy the astounding views of the entire region and an informative museum that details the ecology, meteorology, culture, and history of the mountain and the nearby Fuji Five Lakes. You’ll also have time during your stop to check out the second-floor observation deck, offering stunning vistas of the peak of this renowned mountain on clear days.
Continue to Mount Fuji’s 5th Station, which lies about halfway up the mountain, for more incredible views. Take some time to wander the site’s souvenir store and its torii gates and shrines, which help commemorate the mountain’s symbolic role as a transition between heaven and earth. Stop by a local restaurant to enjoy a Japanese-style lunch.
Head next to Lake Ashi, which lies in a crater formed by a massive volcanic eruption around 3,000 years ago. Take a short cruise of this postcard-perfect body of water, admiring views of Mount Fuji, Mount Komagatake, and other peaks in the distance.
Move back to the lakeshore after your cruise, where you’ll continue to Mount Komagatake Ropeway, which will whisk you to the mountain’s peak. Climb ever higher aboard this aerial tramway as you head to the summit, where you’ll then have time to wander around. Explore the beautiful views as you explore the top of the peak, including great views of Mount Fuji, the Izu Peninsula, and Izu islands, among other features. Your tour concludes with a coach transfer back to the Tokyo area.

Day 4: Head to Kyoto:
Breakfast at Hotel. After Breakfast, check - Out from hotel. Procceed to Tokyo Station on your own. Arrivie at the station before 11:00 AM. Board the Bullet Train "Shinkansen Nozomi 27". Depart for Kyoto. At approximately 1:25 PM arrive at Kyoto station. Enjoy lunch on your own. After Lunch, head to hotel on your own. Check in to Hotel. Day Free at leisure. Overnight stay at Kyoto.
Day 5: Kyoto and Nara Tour with Lunch
Begin your exploration of this UNESCO-recognized capital of Japanese culture in the city’s Arashiyama district. Visitors who arrive in this striking area in April will be treated to the visual feast of blooming cherry blossom trees, while those who arrive in November are likely to experience the area’s fiery fall colors. During the summer months you’ll be able to observe locals participating in cormorant fishing. Another pleasant option for your time in Arashiyama is the Sagano Bamboo Forest, where you can enjoy a 328-foot (100-meter) walk along the edge of Tenryuji temple. Take a break around mid-day for lunch. Guests will enjoy a buffet featuring more than 60 different Kyoto dishes. Following your meal, continue to Kinkaku-ji temple (Temple of the Golden Pavilion) where you can admire this elegant complex’s collection of serene gardens and neatly-manicured grounds and learn about its construction by Ashikaga Shogun Yoshimitsu. Leaving Kinkaku-ji, continue to Nara and proceed to Nara Park, a preserve known for the 1,200 wild deer that freely roam its grounds. Visitors can purchase “senbei” snacks to feed the animals for 150 Yen per stack. Following your trip to Nara Park, you’ll return by bus to your original departure point in Namba. The participants from JR Kyoto Station return to Kyoto from Nara by train on your own (about 45 - 50 minute-ride). Your guide will explain how to get to Kintetsu Nara Station, and provide a train ticket to Kyoto Station.

Day 6: Bamboo Grove & Fushimi Inari Shrine Tour with Lunch
First adventure starts from Kiyomizu-dera temple, enjoying the wealthy nature from the significant terrace. Then say Konnichiwa to one thousand and one Kannon statue at Sanju-San-Gen-Do temple, then the coach will take you to the most iconic place, Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. Going under thousands of Torii Red gate tunnels will be a memorable experience. Don’t forget to explore green tunnels, Sagano Bamboo forest and Kinkaku-ji Temple. Tour includes Japanese buffet style lunch.

General Condition
Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1400 hrs. and 1200 hrs. Respectively.
Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by hotel, transportation department and any new tax by the government. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
Holiday rates are valid as per the above mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified. Should the period of stay or room type change, above rates will not be valid.
Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. A surcharge will be levied.
Holiday Rate is not applicable for Black Out Period Like (Durga Puja, EID, New year’s, Christmas or Long Weekends)

The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of confirmation of the booking. This price is based on the current rate of exchange.
No refund for un-utilized services
If the guest wishes to change itinerary or places after booking of holiday, you are required to pay the price difference.
The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
Sometimes due to unforeseen situations need may arise for us to make slight changes to tour itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
Inter connecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability.
Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 80 minutes from the touchdown of the flight. If the customer is delayed then from for 1 hour an extra amount will be charged
For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.

No amendment (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc) will be done once the booking is guaranteed
We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, Gov taxes or accommodation charges, shall have to be charged additionally.

The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
Showing around all the places mentioned in our holidays depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions.
It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.
