- Customers must inform ShareTrip at least 96 hours before boarding the flight.
- Customers must show the hard copy of the voucher while entering EBL SkyLounge. The hard copy of the voucher can be collected from the ShareTrip corporate office or can be delivered through courier. An additional charge will be applied to the courier.
