13. What is the refund and cancellation policy?

14. Once the Hotel/Resort Accommodation has been purchased, will the Hotel/Resort operate as per schedule?
Under the current COVID-19 situation, all available domestic Hotels/Resorts may cancel, reschedule and advise on availability at any time.
