No, this offer will not apply to international hotels. The offer includes a large number of domestic hotels and resorts in Bangladesh.

The campaign period will be 1 July - 31 October, 2026
4. Will this offer be applicable on purchasing Packages?
No, this offer only applies to the available Hotels/Resorts accommodation.
5. Will the offer be applied to purchasing anywhere around the world?
No. The purchase needs to be from Bangladesh using selected Bank cards or mobile financial services to get the offer.
6. Who is eligible for this campaign?
All ShareTrip Users will be eligible under this offer.
7. Is there any capping in the offer?
No. There is no capping in the amount of savings. Customers can enjoy the pre-defined savings amount for the available hotels/resorts.
8. Is there any limit to the number of times the cardholder will be eligible for the offer?
There is no limit to the number of times the cardholder will be able to avail of the offer. Each customer can enjoy the offer as often as he/she wants during the campaign period.

13. What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellation/refund of the bookings will depend on the individual hotels/resorts policy. Please check the cancellation policy of each hotel/resort before booking.
14. Once the Hotel/Resort Accommodation has been purchased, will the Hotel/Resort operate as per schedule?
Under the current COVID-19 situation, all available domestic Hotels/Resorts may cancel, reschedule and advise on availability at any time. ShareTrip has no control or authority over this cancellation/change of schedules of hotel room availability. Customers will have to follow the provided date change/refund policy as provided by the Hotel/Resort. Refund or alternative solution under this situation will be done as per Hotel and ShareTrip Policy.
15. Can I redeem my TripCoin and avail the card offer?
TripCoins cannot be redeemed while availing of the campaign's offer.
