How can I change the date for my flight?

Changing the date of a flight is now easier on ShareTrip. Now you can change your flight date from www.sharetrp.net.  Kindly follow the below process to change the date of any flights that you have booked from ShareTrip

Go to MY BOOKINGS	Select DATE CHANGE	Insert Desired Fly Date	Choose Your New Flight from Desire Date	Confirm Payment	Your Date Change has Successfully Done

 

N:B: ShareTrip may need to verify payment for certain flights by checking with the airlines. If this is necessary, you can follow the same process to request a change of dates and the payment will be received through the link sent in your email.

 

How can I claim a refund?

You can claim your refund for a flight with just a few taps from ShareTrip App & www.sharetrip.net. Kindly follow the steps below to claim your refund.

Go to MY BOOKINGS	Select REFUND	Select Passengers	Get Refund Quotation	Confirm Quotation & Submit Refund Request

 

N:B: Some of the flights might not have an auto refund. Therefore, you will have a button to submit a refund request to ShareTrip.

 

How can I void a flight?

You can void your a flight with just a few taps from ShareTrip App & www.sharetrip.net. Kindly follow the steps below to void.

N:B: Void option will only be available for the same day as booking. After that only refund option will be available.
