After payment is completed for a specific package but the package is not available on that date, customers can change their travel date otherwise ShareTrip will refund the amount paid for the package to the Cardholder/mobile financial service user as per bank policy.

Package rates are based on a per-person basis.

Customers will have to pay for extra services availed at the properties/hotels and all throughout the package by themselves.

The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of confirmation of the booking. (This price is based on the current rate of exchange)

Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by hotel, transportation department and any new tax by the government without any prior notice.

ShareTrip shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.

We do not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, act of God, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase in fuel price, govt. taxes or accommodation charges, shall have to be charged additionally.

Rooms and Flights prices are strictly subject to availability, and the offer is given to you on a special deal valid for a limited period. Holiday itinerary and prices are mentioned based on economy class flight fare and the starting category rooms of hotels/resorts. If any payment is made for a booking and due to unavailability, rooms or flights need to be upgraded. The clients must pay the additional fare gap and modifications charge accordingly.
