ShareTrip shop serves solely as a platform that connects buyers and sellers without producing, procuring or owning any products listed on the platform. It facilitates online payments (no Cash on Delivery) and disburses funds to the respective shop/brand/seller who then ship the products directly to the customers.
To place an order, follow these steps:
- Download and install the ShareTrip app or visit www.sharetrip.net.
- Navigate to the "Shop" section and browse categories or search for preferred products.
- Add items to your shopping cart.
- Review your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order.
You can track your order status through the "My Orders" section on the platform. Additionally, updates on your order status will be sent via email or SMS.
- Within Dhaka City: 3-5 working days.
- Outside Dhaka City: 5-9 working days.
- Delivery timing may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical challenges.
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 80 (general charge)
