Inclusions: 01 Building Manager (Dedicated) • Oversee building operations and handle administrative duties. • Coordinate between service teams and tenants. • Manage minor maintenance and schedule repairs. 01 Cleaner (Dedicated) • Regular cleaning of common areas: hallways, lobbies, and outdoor spaces. • Waste management and removal. • Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring hygiene. 01 Gardener (Dedicated) • Routine landscaping and garden maintenance. • Pruning, weeding, lawn mowing, and plant care. • Seasonal garden tasks, such as flower planting and soil maintenance. 01 Plumber (Dedicated) • Bi-monthly plumbing inspections for pipes, toilets, sinks, and fixtures. • Leak detection and emergency plumbing assistance when necessary. • Detailed quotations after each inspection, with customer approval required before proceeding with repairs. 01 Generator Technician (Dedicated) • Routine inspection and maintenance of the building’s generator. • Ensure reliable operation, including fuel levels, battery tests, and load testing. 01 Lift Technician (Dedicated) • Routine inspection and servicing of building lifts. • Maintenance to ensure optimal performance, including safety checks and minor repairs. 01 Electrician (Dedicated) • Electrical system inspections, including wiring, circuits, and lighting. • Maintenance of electrical fixtures and troubleshooting for minor electrical issues.
