Service Package Overview This monthly subscription package provides comprehensive management and maintenance services for your building. It includes dedicated staff for various roles, such as electrician, lift services, generator services, plumbing services. Services are tailored to your building’s needs, with flexible operational hours. Inclusions: 01 Building Manager (Dedicated) • Oversee building operations and handle administrative duties. • Coordinate between service teams and tenants. • Manage minor maintenance and schedule repairs. 01 Cleaner (Dedicated) • Regular cleaning of common areas: hallways, lobbies, and outdoor spaces. • Waste management and removal. • Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring hygiene. 01 Gardener (Dedicated) • Routine landscaping and garden maintenance. • Pruning, weeding, lawn mowing, and plant care. • Seasonal garden tasks, such as flower planting and soil maintenance. 01 Plumber (Dedicated) • Bi-monthly plumbing inspections for pipes, toilets, sinks, and fixtures. • Leak detection and emergency plumbing assistance when necessary. • Detailed quotations after each inspection, with customer approval required before proceeding with repairs. 01 Generator Technician (Dedicated) • Routine inspection and maintenance of the building’s generator. • Ensure reliable operation, including fuel levels, battery tests, and load testing. 01 Lift Technician (Dedicated) • Routine inspection and servicing of building lifts. • Maintenance to ensure optimal performance, including safety checks and minor repairs. 01 Electrician (Dedicated) • Electrical system inspections, including wiring, circuits, and lighting. • Maintenance of electrical fixtures and troubleshooting for minor electrical issues. Exclusions: • Additional Staff Services: Extra cleaners, gardeners, or managers beyond the dedicated staff listed. • Major Repairs or Installations: Structural changes, HVAC installations, and large-scale renovations. • Consumables: Cleaning materials, gardening supplies, and non-durable goods. • Emergency Services: Immediate response services for critical situations outside of standard hours. Service Time (Monthly Package Pricing): • Building Manager: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (Saturday - Thursday). • Cleaner: 4 hours per day, 6 days a week (Saturday - Thursday). • Gardener: 4 hours per day, 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). • Plumber: Bi-monthly inspections and repair services as needed. • Generator Technician: Monthly inspections and maintenance as required. • Lift Technician: Monthly inspections and servicing. • Electrician: Monthly electrical inspections and servicing.
