Lotto Vouchers can only be used to purchase regular Lotto and Lee Cooper Brand products selling on MRP. Unique Voucher Code will be sent directly to the provided Mobile Number through SMS service within 72 hours of placing the order. Hence, it is requested to re-confirm the mobile number while placing the order. Validity of the vouchers will be 120 days from the date of purchase. These vouchers can only be redeemed at any directly owned Lotto store across Bangladesh but not from any of the dealer or franchised and Online stores. An invoice can have a maximum of 3 products of the same article number. If the invoice value is higher than the voucher value, the customer will pay the excess value using available payment methods. If the invoice value is lower than the voucher value, the customer will not receive any refund. The remaining value will be discarded. One voucher can only be used once. A single customer can use multiple vouchers in a single day. Using multiple vouchers in a single invoice is not allowed. Customers are requested to provide required information and sign the voucher register available in Lotto Flagship Outlets while using Lotto Vouchers. Customers cannot avail of any other offer while using this voucher. Lotto Privilege Club point is not collectible or redeemable while using this voucher. Customers are instructed not to share the voucher code with anyone. All voucher codes are the property of the issuing company. The Issuing company reserves the right to void any voucher code if deemed necessary. The issuing company can make changes to the terms and conditions to the voucher campaign, considering the necessity of time.
