1. The Voucher Code will be delivered through SMS by Moonsoon Rain. 2. Voucher Validity is 30 Days. 3. If a customer buys multiple vouchers, for example, Tk. 2,500, Tk. 5,000, Moonsoon Rain will send a separate code to the customer’s Sharetrip user. 4. The gift card will be activated for shopping within 72 working hours after payment. 5. Regular holidays and Govt. holidays will be excluded from the given activation hours timeline. 6. After receiving the confirmation SMS, a customer may visit the designated Moonsoon Rain showroom to redeem the voucher. 7. Customers will be allowed to buy only regular price products (Fresh merchandise) which mean discounted products or Cashback offer cannot enjoy with digital gift vouchers from the Moonsoon Rain store. 8. If the product price is more than the voucher value then the customers will pay the extra amount in cash. 9. The Gift Code has to be used fully in a single transaction.
