NOVOAIR Baggage Information
With NOVOAIR, you can carry a fixed amount of free baggage allowances in cargo and cabin baggage. For domestic NOVOAIR flights, an adult can take two pieces of luggage with a maximum weight of 20 KG. A child can also carry two pieces of baggage with a maximum weight of 20 KG. But for infants, weight is limited to a maximum of 10 KG and one piece of luggage.
Any baggage must not exceed this dimension 8in x 13in x 19in (22cm x 34cm x 48cm).
NOVOAIR Refund and Cancellation
When a traveller makes a refund request on any NOVOAIR ticket, the company solely reserves the right to ensure a refund to the person who originally paid or the person named in the ticket. After the NOVOAIR tickets expiry date, you cannot claim any refund. When you confirm tickets through agents, they will take care of the refund process.
