On 24 August, the 29th edition of the Singapore Food Festival (SFF 2022) offers a sumptuous opportunity for the in-person experience, including a food festival village with more than 25 food junctions. Moreover, you will be delighted to be a part of a special 9-course dinner, a list of workshops on foods, tours and even exclusive menus. The whole event will take place from 24 August until 11 September.
Singapore Food Festival - Event Highlights
SFF goes live this year with the theme "Real Foodie only." This event comprises various elements such as Festival Village, workshops, tours, virtual classes and experiences, limited-time menus at partnered restaurants and numerous overseas activities. Singapore's melting pot of cultures contributes to a bevvy of traditional dishes, and you can take your pick from that. Enjoy countless classics of Singaporean cuisine and ethnicities in different restaurants, hawker centres and even coffee shops.
The Festival Village
On 31 August 2022, the Festival Village will start with more than 25 culinary and beverage brands. This food festival will take place at the Bayfront Event Space and will last until 11 September 2022. The participant restaurants will serve their favourite food items with a twist.

The first food item that will come across is the signature dish from Jelebu Dry Laksa. Their signature dish topped with tiger prawn and Boston lobster attracts any food lover, particularly seafood lovers.
Another show stopper is Singapore's hottest food truck, the Good burger. It is worth mentioning that this food truck is Singapore's first plant-based burger food truck. Here you will come across various impossible burgers. Their golden chilli crab burger grabs anyone with its distinctive look; the taste is beyond any burger experience.

One Prawn & Co, popularly known as the newly-minted Michelin Bib Gourmet, is set to collaborate with Hock Lian Huat, a heritage brand. Through this, food lovers will get the chance to enjoy thick, silky prawn bisque that comes with shrimps, clams and mussels. As a side dish, you will also experience Ngoh Hiang, a beautiful platter consisting of five spiced meat rolls.
