- Check out: the accommodation must be vacated before 11:00 am. On the day of departure, the keys must be returned to the office before 11:30 am. Otherwise, there will be a penalty of 20 EUR.
- Deposit: a deposit of 200 EUR (by credit card or in cash) will be requested on the day of arrival, which will be returned at check out after verifying that the accommodation has been left in good condition.
- Documentation required at check in: ID card or passport of all adults staying.
- Tax on stays in the Balearic Islands: the day of arrival will be paid the amount of the tax of 2.20 EUR in cash per person per night. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.
- Quiet time in the accommodation is from 22:00 h until 10:00 h.
- Parties inside the accommodation are not allowed. They are strictly forbidden.
- Public scandal or inappropriate behavior that disturbs the rest and coexistence with the neighborhood will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- The accommodation is delivered with a complete set of sheets and towels suitable for the number of people in the reservation.
