Choose from eight different tours provided by Touristanbul, tailored to fit your flight's arrival and departure times.
Upon landing in Istanbul, travelers can easily register for Touristanbul at the Hotel Desk located in the International Arrivals Terminal of Istanbul Airport.
During these tours, travelers get to explore Istanbul's remarkable historical sites and savor authentic Turkish cuisine.
After the tour, a vehicle will take travelers back to the airport, ensuring a seamless experience.
Touristanbul operates 365 days a year with six different tours available every day.

Touristanbul is completely free for Turkish Airlines' international transfer passengers.
The tour includes shuttle bus transportation to and from the airport, professional tour guidance in English, meal services (breakfast and/or lunch), and all museum fees.
While the tour timings are carefully scheduled, if the airline is responsible for a situation causing a traveler to miss their flight, they will ensure a smooth transition to the next available flight.

Terms & Conditions

If you're an international transfer traveler with a flight through Istanbul, you can join Touristanbul. Make sure your flight is on Turkish Airlines and your connection time is between 6 to 24 hours.
Only tickets issued by Turkish Airlines stock number starting 235 are eligible for the free tour.
Touristanbul is exclusively available for flights operated by Turkish Airlines.
Before arriving in Turkey, get an e-visa from www.evisa.gov.tr if required by your country. Check your country's visa requirements.
Join the scheduled tours from 8:00 to 11:30, 8:30 to 15:00, 8:30 to 18:00, 12:00 to 18:00, and 16:00 to 21:30.
Arrive at the Hotel Desk in the International Arrival Hall 30 minutes before the tour starts. No booking is needed to join Touristanbul.
Touristanbul desk is opposite Meeting Point 4 at Arrival Floor.
Children and young travelers (up to 18 years) need parental supervision. Unaccompanied minors can't join.
Food service is provided for free. Explore Ottoman cuisine and Turkish hospitality.
Note that medical or religious meal options are not available.
Pets are allowed only on the 08:00 - 11:30 sightseeing tour in a cage (Max weight: 8 kg, dimensions: 23x40x55 cm). Pets aren't allowed on other tours due to museum restrictions.
You can join only one tour during your connection, not multiple.
Touristanbul tours start and end at Istanbul Airport. You're responsible for transportation between airports if needed.
Turkish Airlines reserves the right to make changes to the tour program.

Customs allowances and baggage restrictions vary by country and ticket rules. Stay informed to avoid travel issues.
In your cabin baggage, you can carry liquids, gels, and aerosols up to 100 ml each in a 1-liter sealed bag.
N and R class ticket holders from Turkish Airlines can join the tours, except for Turkish Airlines staff with N and R class tickets.
