ShareTrip Ltd! Facilitates you with Netherlands visa from Bangladesh.

Embassy of Netherlands accepts Short term visa applications at the Netherlands Visa Application Centre, Dhaka.

                                                                                          Requirement

Basic Document:-

Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory. 

All previous passports.

Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement with bank solvency certificate of Last Six (06) Months.

Recent two (02) copy color photographs. (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months

Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR.

Hotel Booking/Proof of Accomodation 

For Business Person:- 

Renewal Trade License Copy.

Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company)

Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad

Import & Export Certificate - if any

TIN / Income Tax Certificate - if any

For Job Holder:-

No Objection Certificate (NOC)

Salary Certificate.

Pay slips - if any

G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport

BMDC certificate for Doctor 

BAR council Certificate for Advocate

For Student:-

Student ID card Photo Copy.

Leave letter from school/college/university.

Other supporting document (a) Tour Program (b) Visiting card (c) Marriage certificate (d) Birth certificate of children (e) Document of properties
(f) Blue book photocopy of car if any (g) Document of other income if any (h) All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/ other savings/Security Deposit/cash investment etc. (i) National Identity Card Copy.

*The list of documents required by NETHERLANDS Visas and Immigration is not comprehensive, and therefore the required documents may differ from case to case, the above headings are a guide only and may not apply to all applications.

*Please do not staple the documents – only the use of paper clips is permitted. Documents should not be stapled or laminated.

Embassy fee BDT 12,870/- Payable to Embassy + Visa Application Centre has an additional fee requirement Service Fee: BDT 2431 (All Visa Fee charges, VFS service charges and all optional services are to be paid in cash only in Bangladeshi Taka.)
Visa processing & ST service charge: 4,500/- Payable to us + Travel health insurance (as per age & stay duration)
